Competitive Dialogue - Information for shortlisted bidders
Our shortlist of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) submissions will be completed on 21 May when we expect to invite up to three bidders to join us in competitive dialogue.
Our meetings matrix details the overall 16 week programme.
In week 0, there will be a one day introduction meeting for each selected bidder, which includes site familiarisation visits to our sample schools.
Weeks 1 & 2 include optional Design and ICT meetings, where there will be a further opportunity to visit the school or seek clarifications.
The 3 Strategic meetings take place at the onset, middle and end of the dialogue stage and will consist of Bidders presentation.
Meeting invites will be sent individually to all those required to attend each meeting.
