Online applications to Primary Schools
You can start your online application any time from 1 November 2007 and submit it any time before midnight on 11 January 2008.
Applying online is more troublefree for you because:
- You can search for information about all state primary schools in Hammersmith & Fulham and across London.
- You can save and make changes to your application 24 hours a day up until the closing date of midnight on 11 January 2008, even after you’ve submitted it.
- You do not need to complete and return the paper application form.
The online form will not let you submit unless you’ve filled in all the information required, so there’s no need to worry about accidentally missing a question.
You can view the outcome of your application on the Your London (primary admissions) website from 9.00am on 26 April 2008.

Important notes:
If you are applying online, the offer will be conditional on provision of suitable proof of address. Proof of address should be a copy of a council tax or other house hold bil for the current or coming year and you need to make sure your child's name, date of birth and reference number of your online application are written clearly on the front. You must return your proof of address by post to the:

If you are applying to a voluntary aided school that requires you to complete an additional information form, you will not be able to do this online
Online applications to secondary school
Online applications for secondary schools were available from 3 September 2007 until midnight 19 October 2007. PLEASE NOTE: Online admissions for secondary schools are now closed.
Applying online is more troublefree for you because:
- You can search for information about all state secondary schools in Hammersmith & Fulham and across London
- You can save and make changes to your application 24 hours a day up until the closing date of midnight on 11 January 2008, even after you’ve submitted it.
- You do not need to complete and return the paper application form.
The online form will not let you submit unless you’ve filled in all the information required, so there’s no need to worry about accidentally missing a question.
You can view the outcome of your application on the Your London (secondary admissions) website from 9.00am on 4 March 2008.
The information you provide on your online application will be confidential and secure. We will use the same process for considering your application if you apply online as if you submit a paper form.

You must return your proof of address to the School admissions section (see addresses listed above) as soon as possible.
2. If you are applying to a voluntary aided school that requires you to complete an additional information form, you will not be able to complete this additional information form online.
