LA portfolio of services
Welcome to the LA’s 2011-12 portfolio of services, which profiles all our buy-back services to schools and provides the information you need to make considered budget-setting decisions.
We are continually trying to improve the quality of our services to schools. We hope that you will continue to purchase the services listed here, and of course to make good use of the centrally funded services we provide.
This portfolio is divided into two sections, annual and ad hoc buy-back, accessed via the links below. Each section has a list of the services available, providing links directly to the information about each of those services.

How the services are organised

How to register for annual contract services
The nominal deadline for return of the buy-back services form to Sean Callaghan has passed (8 April, 2011) however Sean will be happy discuss late sign-ups. Please contact him directly Sean.Callaghan@lbhf.gov.uk
Additionally, you can contact staff at the LA at any time during the year if you wish to purchase services on an ad hoc basis.
Service standards - where to go for help
Each of the entries includes a paragraph on service standards. If you consider a service is failing to meet those standards, or other problems become evident, your first point of contact should be the named officer for the entry. We hope that this will resolve the issue. If you remain dissatisfied, however, you can contact Terry Broady and he will progress your complaint. We would very much like to know your views on the services provided and you can send any comments you may have to:
