Children and Young People's Plan 2008-11
A plan for all children and young people in Hammersmith & Fulham
The Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP) 2008-11 is a plan that sets out how local agencies will work together to develop services that help young people achieve the five outcomes from the government's Every Child Matters green paper (visit Every Child Matters website to find out more about this).
The CYPP has been developed by Hammersmith & Fulham Children's Services, in cooperation with the Primary Care Trust, local hospital trusts, the police, voluntary sector and community groups. Children and young people, their parents and carers, and those who work with them, have also been consulted during the development of the CYPP 2008-11.

Hammersmith & Fulham are currently reviewing the Children and Young People's Plan 2008-11 and will publish the 2009 Annual Review later in the year.
