Education Finance
The Education Finance section is responsible for the following financial matters:
- preparation of the Education's budget
- compilation of year-end accounts
- monitoring expenditure and income
- operating the payment and income system
- auditing of accounts and procedures
- preparation and submission of government returns and financial statistics
- advice on financial systems
Section 52 Outturn and Budget Statements
Outturn Brief
The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is required under Section 52 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, to prepare outturn statements at the end of the financial year. Outturn statements detail Education's actual expenditure for the relevant financial year.

Budget Statement Brief
