Education support services
The LEA has set out it's aims and objectives to raise standards in our schools in the Transitional Education Plan 2005-2006. Our five key strategic priorities for the year 2005/2006 are:
- To raise standards of attainment for all pupils, aiming for excellence and equity
- To secure equality of access to an inclusive system of education
- To ensure we focus on the needs of the individual
- To continue to improve the infrastructure and resources needed to meet the demands of a 21st century education system
- To improve the way we work.
