Youth activities and projects
School youth projects
The school youth projects offer after school youth based activities during term time for 11 – 16 year olds who are students at the schools listed below, except for Cambridge school saturday club which is open to all 11- 19 year olds in Hammersmith and Fulham. The activities available include a wide range of sports, art, fashion, design, music, drama and dance sessions. All of the school youth projects operate within a safe and supportive environment to help young people to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes to become active citizens, and provide opportunities for all young people to succeed.
The majority of school youth projects and activities commissioned by the council are free of charge, and many allow young people to turn up on the day without the need to book in advance. To find out more about what is on offer, visit the Youth Life website or contact the schools listed below.
In order to participate in the school youth projects available in Hammersmith & Fulham, young people will need to complete a registration form PDF (1,676kb) on arrival at their chosen after school activity.
The organisations that provide council funded projects are carefully vetted and monitored to ensure a high standard of provision and adherence to health, safety and data protection legislation. Please see youth related policies for further information.
