  • organise elections and referendums which take place in the borough
  • promote public understanding of, and participation in, the electoral process
  • provide a quality service to all the members of our community

Suggestions and complaints
We welcome your suggestions and complaints because this helps us to improve our service to you. A lot of our work has to be done within electoral law but we do make changes to the way we do things when we receive suggestions. We don't always get things right the first time but we do correct our mistakes quickly.
If you have a complaint about any part of our service please let us know.

Please send your comments, suggestions and complaints to Steve Miller, Electoral Service Manager ( electoral.servicesadmin@lbhf.gov.uk).
