The Electoral Services team are responsible for administering the electoral process in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. This means that we:
- prepare and maintain a complete and accurate register of electors
- organise elections and referendums which take place in the borough
- promote public awareness of, and participation in, the electoral process
- provide a high standard of service to all local residents

Everyone who is eligible to vote must ensure that their name appears on the register of electors. You can apply to be added to the register, or have your details amended, at any time.

Registration has changed
Previously voter registration was done by household. One person in a household completed a form and entered the details of everyone who lived there. The people who were eligible were then registered to vote. Now everyone needs to register themselves individually.

We are open for personal enquiries from 8:45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and from 8:45am to 4.45pm on Fridays (except bank holidays).
We are on the ground floor and have full access for wheelchair users.
