How to make a complaint against a member

Code of Conduct complaints against Members process

The Standards Committee now has responsibility for assessing complaints that a Councillor may have breached the Code of Conduct. The Council has set up 3 Sub-Committees so that these complaints can be assessed, reviewed and heard.

If you make a complaint to the Standards Committee it must be about why you think the Member has not followed the Code of Conduct. You will have to complete the complaint form below and provide relevant evidence to substantiate your allegation(s).
