Our Corporate Management Team receives a quarterly performance monitoring report which covers key Best Value performance indicators. The report shows a 'traffic light' system of performance. It also details how we compare with other London Councils.

Every 3 years, the council takes part in a statutory user satisfaction survey. A number of BVPIs which measure user satisfaction are generated from this survey. The latest survey was in Autumn 2006 and will be reported in our 2007 Corporate Plan.
