h&f Direct Centre

The h&f Direct Centre offers residents the opportunity to have their queries resolved for a number of council services.

These include:

• council tax  
• housing benefit and council tax benefit
• free school meals
• school clothing grants 
• business rates
• council housing charges (payment of)
• collection of council housing rents
• penalty charge notices (payment of)
• resident parking permits and smart visitor parking permits
• business parking permits 
• blue badges, taxi cards and freedom passes
• planning and licensing
• building control and highways
• pest control and noise pollution
• commercial services
• food hygiene

1st floor, Hammersmith Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU. Lift access to the centre is available opposite the Hammersmith Town Hall main entrance. There is an induction loop and language interpreters are available by appointment.

Pay online  or call 020 8753 1930 or 020 8753 6681 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept visa, master card, maestro, delta or solo cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 1.25% handling fee.
