Involvement

The 'Involving Residents Policy' serves as guidance for all Hammersmith and Fulham Council staff on how best to engage with the community in shaping services and informing policy development.  It also serves as a declaration of the Council's commitment to engaging residents in all aspects of the design, development and delivery of council services.  Our aspiration is to embed public and service user involvement throughout the council – at all levels of decision-making.
