The Council's Constitution describes the ways the Council operates.

The Council reviews and republishes its Constitution every year at the end of May.

The Constitution is divided into seven parts. Part 1 - Summary will give you more detail on the structure of the Constitution and the Council, and your rights with the Council as a citizen.
