Support groups and organisations

The Urban Partnership Group

The newly formed Urban Partnership Group (amalgamated with Blythe Neighbourhood Council in April 2008) has three centres in the Borough providing a range of services for residents, voluntary and community organisations. A holistic programme of services include:

  • Masbro Centre which provides a children centre and parenting services, youth and play schemes, adult learning and employment support, sports, arts, health and fitness, older people services and volunteering opportunities. Facilities for hire includes sports pitch, art, pottery and exhibition spaces, classrooms, gym and health and fitness studio.   • Opportunities and First Base Centres on Uxbridge Road providing regeneration services for Borough residents and office space and training facilities for voluntary groups and social enterprises.
