Crime Summit 2008
Hammersmith & Fulham's Crime Summit 2008
A major event, designed to give residents a role in shaping future priorities for the police and the council in the borough took place on Saturday 8 March. The Crime Summit included ward workshop sessions with local police and council staff which gave opportunities for residents to air their views with the people who patrol the streets. The event started with a presentation from the Borough Commander - Dr Ali Dizaei - and there were speeches from several MPs and senior councillors. Plus there were a number of stalls to give out crime prevention and personal safety information.
