Consumer advice and complaints

Citizens Advice Bureau Logo The Citizens Advice Bureau can advise you about your rights both before and after buying goods or services. 

If you want to make a complaint you can do so on line or you can call 03454 04 05 06 or text phone 18001 03454 04 05 06.

If the matter is a criminal issue that trading standards can look into they will refer it to the correct authority. They also maintain a national database which highlights frequently complained about traders
