Businesses may contact Trading Standards directly for enquiries and advice on compliance with the law. Phone us on 0208 753 1081 to log your enquiry (9am to 5pm Monday – Friday). Trading standards' work is largely determined by statute and the Divisional Enforcement Policy (pdf) which determines how legislation is interpreted and enforced.
