Confidential advice service to residents or workers within the borough
Consumers can make a complaint and get consumer advice by phoning Citizens Advice on 08454 04 05 06 where they can speak to a trained advisor who will refer any criminal matter to Trading Standards. Their opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Closed on bank holidays and public holidays.
