Advice to Consumers - making a complaint or enquiry
Hammersmith and Fulham Trading Standards offers a confidential advice service to residents or workers within the borough.
Consumers can make a complaint and get consumer advice by phoning Consumer Direct on 08454 04 05 06 where they can speak to an advisor. Their opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm
Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm
Closed on bank holidays and public holidays.

The Buy with Confidence scheme is an initiative by Trading Standards to help businesses comply with the law, while improving consumer protection through a partnership approach.
