Trading standards
We are here to ensure a fair and safe trading environment for consumers and honest businesses. If you live or work in the borough and have bought faulty goods, received unsatisfactory service or are concerned about trading practices or promotions, we can advise on your legal rights and how best to resolve your problem. We regret that we are not able to speak or write letters to the trader on your behalf.
