Premises licence reviews
This page provides details of all of the current review applications which are out to public consultation.
Anyone wishing to make a representation about an application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation. Representations can only be accepted if they relate to one or more of the licensing objectives. The licensing objectives are:
- The prevention of crime and disorder
- The prevention of public nuisance
- Public Safety, and
- The protection of children from harm

Persons making representations will be invited to attend in person a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.
It is a requirement of the Licensing Act 2003 that a copy of any relevant representation received is given to the Premises Licence holder by the Licensing Authority.
Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and this authority may prosecute you where on summary conviction you maybe liable of a fine up to £5,000.
