The London Borough of Hammersmith provides a flexible and effective trade waste, including recycling, service to businesses and trade premises in the borough.
Every business has a legal duty of care to ensure that the waste produced, however small or large the amount, is dispossed of properly. As a business you are also legally required to keep copies of your trade waste contract for the previous 2 years to evidence this.
