Two new schemes for commercial waste collection have been introduced to help make it easier for you to use our services.
Any Day Collection scheme
You have told us you want to place your bags out on any day and we have listened. You have said that there is no space to store refuse and recycling, so we have made things easier.
All business on main roads setting up contracts with a minimum of 5 bags a week can now take advantage of our new ‘Any Day Collection’ scheme.
Simply fill up your trade refuse and recycling bag and place it in the street on your chosen contracted days. It is as simple as that.

Pick ‘n’ Mix
Businesses with a minimum of five bags a week are trying hard to recycle and we want to help.
Previously, small businesses were forced to put all of their trade waste and recycling into white bags as the quantity produced didn’t reach a level where a separate recycling contract was needed, so we have become more flexible to suit your needs.
With our new ‘Pick'n' Mix’ you can mix and match bags to suit your business needs. You will save money as recycling is cheaper and also helps the environment.
Possible combinations:
10 Bags in total –
9 Trade Waste and 1 Recycling
8 Trade Waste and 2 Recycling
7 Trade Waste and 3 Recycling
6 Trade Waste and 4 Recycling
5 Trade Waste and 5 Recycling
4 Trade Waste and 6 Recycling
3 Trade Waste and 7 Recycling
2 Trade Waste and 8 Recycling
1 Trade Waste and 9 Recycling
5 Bags in total -
4 Trade Waste and 1 Recycling
3 Trade Waste and 2 Recycling
2 Trade Waste and 3 Recycling
1 Trade Waste and 4 Recycling
As long as the total is minimum of five bags a week we are happy for you to make the choice.
