Economic Development Strategy

The Economic Development Strategy for Hammersmith & Fulham is directly underpinned by the Council’s 'Borough of Opportunity' ethos.

We believe that Hammersmith & Fulham must continue to grow and thrive economically, but we must also ensure that this growth is participative and inclusive of all local residents, local businesses and voluntary & community sector bodies, so that all residents can become active participants in our economy. Our aim is to be a borough of Opportunity where residents have the chance to become free from benefit dependency, develop their potential, gain self-respect and enjoy being part of the active community building a better life for themselves.
