Business rates fact sheet

If you are changing your business address, in order for us to amend your business rates account and make sure that you are not overcharged, you need to tell us the following: 

1  The date you are leaving the property or the completion date of sale. 
2  Your old address and your new address. 
3  Who the new owner or tenant is or, if you are a tenant, the name and address of the landlord. 
4  A phone number where we can contact you after you have left the property.
