Terms and conditions for the two additional H&F residents prizes of £250

1. the prize draw is open to all H & F council tax payers who are registered to pay their council tax by direct debit by 5pm on Thursday 15th July 2010
2. the draw will be made on Friday 23rd July 2010
3. the winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw
4. the two prizes of £250 will be awarded via transfer into the bank account from which direct debits are taken, Where council tax is paid jointly by more than one person any subsequent division of the prizes will be the responsibility of the winning bank account holder(s) and not H&F.
