If you visit us at the h&f Direct Centre (1st Floor, Hammersmith Town Hall Extension, King Street W6 9JU), we can:
- provide an interpreter (over the phone) or
- arrange for an interpreter to be present (we need to make an appointment for this).
If you call us on 0845 803 1020 (local rate) we can give you information in another language (we will arrange for someone who speaks your language to phone you back).
It is often better to bring a friend or relative who can interpret for you as this means we can sort things out a lot quicker.
