If you visit us at our customer reception, we can:
- provide an interpreter (over the phone) within a few minutes; or
- arrange for an interpreter to be present (we will make an appointment within five days).
If you visit or phone us, we can give you information in another language (we will arrange for someone who speaks your language to phone you).
It is often better to bring a friend or relative who can interpret for you as this means we can sort things out a lot quicker.
