So that we can cancel your account to make sure that you are not over charged, you need to tell us the following: 

1 the completion date of sale or the date you are leaving the property 
2 your old address and your new address 
3 who the new owner or tenant is or, if you are a tenant, who the landlord or managing agents are 
4 a contact phone number where we can contact you when you have left the property. 

You can change your address online using the Moving in or within the Borough form or the Moving Out of the Borough form
