'My account', online/pdf forms relating to council tax and benefits:

• Setting up a 'My account' will allow you to view details of your council tax account, check the outstanding balance/instalments, set up a direct debit, change your bank details for an existing direct debit, apply for sole occupier discount or empty property exemption. if you are in receipt of housing benefit you can access your benefit account details. 
• moving into or within the borough
• moving out of the borough
• sole occupier discount
• direct debit form (or you can set up a direct debit over the phone call 0845 803 1020)
• housing benefit / council tax benefit application 
• forms to tell us about changes (for residents in receipt of housing benefit or council tax benefit) 
• download a  free school meals and school clothing grant application form (pdf)
• download a student discount/exemption application form (pdf)
• download a disability reduction application form (pdf)

Managing your council tax via 'My account' is best, however if you prefer it, pdf forms once completed can be emailed/posted back to us (for addresses see below).
