Tell us about changes of address or circumstances

Once you are in receipt of council tax benefit or housing benefit you must let us know if your circumstances change and if you move, whether it involves a move within or outside the borough.

If you move to another address within Hammersmith & Fulham you need to tell us. Please download and complete this form:-

We accept some changes over the phone. If you need to provide further information to support your change we will explain what you need to do.
