If you need help urgently from one or more of the emergency services, police, ambulance or fire brigade, you should phone 999.

Our services can provide a quick response, depending on your circumstances:

Environmental Health   9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays
Homelessness Service  9.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays
Housing  9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays
Customer First:  phone 020 8748 3020  8.00am to 8:00pm - weekdays  9.00am to 1.00pm - Saturdays
