Lady Margaret and Sacred Heart schools are expanding by one class per year giving parents more opportunity to get places at their top-choice school.

All secondary schools, who don not have one, will get a new sixth form.

» Henry Compton and Fulham Cross 
These two schools have federated sharing their strengths and providing a new choice for parents in the centre of the borough. 

» Hammersmith Academy
In addition, a new school for central Hammersmith is planned.

Building Schools for the Future

The proposals underpin the council’s submission to the Government’s Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme which offers the council a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend £175m developing secondary schools.
