School Admissions

The school admissions section works with parents and schools to coordinate the entry of children into primary school and transfer to secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham. We offer advice, information and guidance to parents on all aspects of starting and changing school.

You can visit us at the address below. Although you may visit without an appointment it is best to telephone first to ensure you do not have too long a wait. If you are disabled and require assistance - such as an induction loop, a signer or an interpreter - please let us know before you visit and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Secondary school admissions    
For transfer to secondary schools September 2009 entry, the PAN London closing date is 24 October 2008.

Primary school admissions   
For entry in to the reception class September 2009/January 2010, the borough closing date is 9 January 2009.

Nursery school places

Online admissions
For secondary schools the online admissions is OPEN and will remain so until midnight 24 October 2008.
For primary schools the online system will open on 1 November 2008 and remain open until midnight 9 January 2009.
