Rubbish collection
We collect recycling from all street properties through our smart sack scheme, or you can use one of our many smart banks. Refuse sacks must not be put out for collection before 9pm the night before your collection day, otherwise you could receive a penalty charge notice for fly-tipping.

Freedom passes

If you are 60 years old or more, or you are blind or disabled, you can apply for a freedom pass to travel free on buses, trains and underground services in London. You should visit the Blue Badge and Freedom Pass Team at Room 31, Ground Floor, Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street W6 9JU
