Membership

Membership is available to anyone who lives, works or studies in the Borough. Non-residents with a current membership of another library service are also welcome to use our libraries. Please speak to a member of staff and be prepared to show proof of membership.

Joining the library

Complete the application form available at your local library. Two items of identification are required, at least one of which must show your current address.

Possible forms of identification include;  bankers card, credit card, passport, birth certificate, bus pass, driving licence, council tax bill, or a recent gas, electricity or phone bill.

If you are studying or working in the borough but do not live here you must also have your form stamped and signed by your Headteacher or Principal or if working a suitable representative of your employer.

Your library card will be issued immediately and can be used straight away.

Please remember to bring your card with you when you visit the library. Your card can be used in all Hammersmith and Fulham Libraries.
