Booking Procedure

Potential exhibitions and event organisers must fully complete an Application Form and send it to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. If you have any queries regarding this form, please feel free to ring the events team 020 8753 3500 

1. Please read the Guidelines, Policy and Conditions all contained in this application form.  Your application form will be considered in the light of these.

2. If appropriate your application form may go to consultation with local stakeholders i.e. residents, businesses, and other council departments.

3. If consultation produces a positive response, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham will formally offer the use of Lyric Square, subject to the applicant agreeing to all the conditions of use stipulated in this document.  

4. The Council will determine the fee in agreement with the promoter, and send a letter confirming the event, and the date.  

5. An invoice for the agreed fee and deposit will be raised and sent out. This is to be paid in advance.  Any other relevant parties will be advised about the booking of Lyric Square.
