Incontinent laundry waste needles and sharps collection

We collect incontinent laundry from private individuals, only after referral from the customer's GP or from social services. We will collect, wash, dry and deliver incontinence laundry back to referred clients and dispose of waste once a week, Monday to Friday, on a pre-arranged day.

NEEDLES & SHARPS

We collect needles and sharps from private individuals, only after referral from the customer's GP or from social services, once a week, Monday to Friday, on a pre-arranged day. We charge a minimum of £15 to collect from private properties. We accept debit and credit cards, cash or cheques made payable to "London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham" (or "LBHF").

Where needles or sharps are found on the public highway (the road or the pavement), please call 020 8753 1100.
When needles or sharps are found on council housing estates, please report them to the estate caretakers or the area housing office.

SANITARY WASTE AND NAPPIES

We do not collect these items. You can dispose of sanitary waste and nappies in your household waste, but please make sure they are securely in tied plastic bags. 

CLINICAL & HOSPITAL WASTE

Collection and disposal of clinical and hospital waste is the responsibility of the relevant hospital. Please contact your hospital for further information.
