Doctor Parking Bay

If you are a practising GP with a consulting room or surgery in the borough you can apply for a doctor parking bay. We will set up a maximum of two doctor parking bays outside each surgery (only one application is necessary). We will also issue a doctor parking permit which you must display in your vehicle when you park in the bay. A fee of £110 per parking bay per year is payable to the council.

The bays should only be used by GPs while they are working in the surgery and should not be used at other times. The doctor parking permit can only be used to park in doctor parking bays and does not offer any other parking concessions elsewhere in the borough. You can get a health emergency badge to help you park when attending emergencies.
