Drug and alcohol team

We are a care management substance misuse team providing a service to clients who have experienced a substance misuse problem and are attempting to establish drug and alcohol free living.  We provide access to the following: 

• 1-1 counselling
• structured day programmes
• residential rehabilitation programmes
• aftercare                

All service users undergo a comprehensive needs assessment.  The team works in partnership with local NHS substance misuse and voluntary sector agencies.  Clients must meet eligibility criteria to access funded 1-1 counselling and all residential care.
