Consultation

Effective consultation is a vital element in the planning and commissioning of services for the borough. The council consults with residents, businesses, voluntary and community groups, and a wide range of other service providers and service users to find out what people want and need. 

We regularly monitor satisfaction with council services and want to hear your views on all aspects of living in Hammersmith & Fulham. The results of these consultations are used in drawing up new strategies, policies and organising service changes.

We have recently acquired a new, complete e-consultation package, Citizen Space Local. This package is designed to allow the deployment of online surveys quickly and simply. It also coordinates consultation work through a consultation finder database and allows users to sign up for notifications of consultations as they go live or their reports are released.
