Climbing wall and outdoor pursuits

The borough operates two climbing facilities.  One is a mobile climbing wall that is attached to a trailer and visits schools, youth and play centres, and parks.  The other is a small indoor climbing wall at the Sands End Community Centre, near Wandsworth Bridge.  This wall is suitable for children and adults who want to learn basic rope skills that will enable them to venture outdoors or to a bigger indoor facility.  For information about climbing please call Darren Newman on 07985 402641 or email darren.newman@lbhf.gov.uk
