Carers

Social services works with the Hammersmith & Fulham Carers' Centre to provide support to anyone caring for someone in the borough.

We have a drop-in service on Hammersmith Road and offer activities such as support groups, reflexology, head massage and fun things for carers to do. Our social work team also make sure you receive the support you need from specialist teams such as occupational therapy, physical disability and sensory impairment, HIV, mental health and respite care. We can also help with disability registration, blue parking badges and freedom passes.
