Composting

The council has joined up with the Recycle Now Home Composting Campaign for 2008.  Three different sizes of subsidised composting bins are now available from www.recyclenow.com/home_composting  Prices start from £17 for a 220 litre bin.  

The Recycle Now Home Composting Campaign is a not for profit scheme - backed by the government - to encourage people to reduce the waste they send to landfill.  Further information about home composting can be found on the Recycle Now website.
