Computer courses for older people
The Third Age Foundation (TAF) is a local organisation helping people aged 50 and over to gain new skills in computer technology and to develop more confidence for the future.
TAF, based in Glenthorne Road, Hammersmith, teaches a range of computer and IT qualifications ranging from beginners’ courses in word processing to advanced courses in graphic design.
It also offers personal development classes looking at action planning, financial management and new ways of working. It can also advise people who are thinking of starting their own business.
To find out more visit www.thirdage.org.uk or call TAF on 020 8748 9898.
TAF is supported by the Hammersmith & Fulham Council and by Regenasis, the borough regeneration agency.
