The buyer profile is designed to provide the market with information on the purchase plans of the Council, details of lead officers, and contracts (past, current and future).  By publishing this information the Council offer service providers, contractors and suppliers the opportunity to identify future opportunities, respond to current opportunities and to view those contracts that have been previously advertised.
