Animals - stray

Round up of stray or dangerous animals in parks and open spaces

  • The Parks Constabulary Team  are responsible for the collection of stray dogs and other animals in parks and open spaces.
  • If the animal has a collar with the owner's details, the owner will be contacted and informed to collect their animal. Upon collection, owners will be reminded that they must not allow their animals to stray and that they are in breach of the bylaws. Animals not collected will taken to Battersea Dogs' Home.    
  • Dogs without collars will immediately be taken by the Parks Constabulary to Battersea Dogs' Home.
