Approved Lists of Contractors

The Council's Approved List is currently closed to new applicants and from Monday 20 October 2008 the Council will be using the Constructionline service to create tender lists for any ad hoc construction or highway related contract (not covered by an existing framework agreement or term contract) and where the estimated value is below the threshold of approximately £3.4m (as set out in the Public Contract Regulations 2006).

The Council is currently considering the arrangements it will use to select organisations from the Constructionline database.  These arrangements will be published prior to the system going live.
